The first challenge is a crawling under bar wire, over a wall and save the "baby" from the burning house. It all about timing * he walks over tot the start line* oh and did I mention the wires move?

We will do this together *he approaches the Wires* watch how they move.. Count the timing.. You have to crawl quickly and time it with the movement

*i quickly duck under the wires twisting and crawling in sync with the wires. Rolling from side to side when need flaying out and crawling quickly when the one in front of me rose. I stood up having completed the challenge* like that. When every you feel ready

*Takes a few deeps breathe and starts crawling under the barb wire , rolling from right to left and twisting when needed. Comes up to the last wire and waits for it to get up a certain point and does a flip coming out of the the first obstacle* like that?

Good.. Next up and over this wall using only this rope.. Oh did I mention it's oiled?? * with ease I'm up and on top of the wall*

*questions how she is going to do this* *Comes up with an idea, bends down and grabs a handful of sand and rubs her hands in it* *thinks to herself that the oil will only make the sand like mud * *grabs a hold of the rope and starts climbing up with ease till she gets on top of the wall*
