*sets the arrows and the bow on the bow and arrow stand walks out ward until I thought it was good anthouf and sets a can and a stand there. Than walked back to my bow and arrow. Pick up the bow, than sat it in my hands and I pick of and arrow. I pull the bow straing back than let go of the srtaing and saw the arrow go to the can but galled short. I tried again but I still don't get the can. When the 5 or 6s time it shot the can. I jump up and down saying *Yes. I did it. I hit the can.* than stop and sit than can.

*Sees Rose jump up in joy after finally hitting the can* You need to stand up straight and relax and let your mind focus and be the arrow . That way you arr concentrating on one thing and not stress yourself .

Thank you Professor * walks up to the cab that is now shot pulls the arrow and sets a there can. Walked back to me arrows and bow, place the bow in my hands puts the arrow in the bow. Thinks to myself * Ok Rose, you want to put this arrow in the can.* sighs *its ok its just you, the can, the arrow and the bow, nothing else* puts backs and hits the ground *thats ok. That's ok* I say to myself.
